At Mark Hill, we want you to love your hair tools and styling products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and generate a return label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
